Cancellation and Credit Policy
Registration Cancellation and Event Credits
Shit happens. Sometimes you can’t make a trip you signed up for. Alpenflo is a small company and I’m unable to offer refunds, but I’ll make every effort to work with you and your situation. However, I will generally adhere to the following policy regarding cancellations of planned trips:
If you cancel:
30 or more days in advance: 50% credit toward a future Alpenflo Trip
14 days in advance: 25% credit toward a future Alpenflo Trip
Less than 14 days in advance: No Credit will be issued
Note: all credits must be used within one year of their issue.
Deposits
Payment in full: If you use a deposit to reserve your spot for an event, payment in full is due 30 days prior to the event. You will be sent a reminder when payment in full is due. If you do not submit payment in full 30 days prior to the event date, your registration will be cancelled and no credit or refund will be issued. Alpenflo LLC will make every effort to avoid this, but in fairness to other clients must ensure that trips spots are available and reservable.
Refundable Deposits
Deposit Cancellation: You will be sent a reminder when payment in full is due. If you decide to cancel your deposit more than 30 days in advance of your trip date, the full value of your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel your deposit within 30 days of the event date, no credit or refund will be issued.
Other Circumstances
We want our events to happen as planned, and providing a great experience for our customers is a top priority. However, Alpenflo LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any event for any reason. Reasons for event cancelation, postponement, or rescheduling include but are not limited to extreme/severe weather, fire danger, earthquake, landslide, volcanic eruption, flooding, storm damage, communicable or infectious illness outbreak, act of war or terrorism, security threat or any other extreme condition or unforeseen circumstance that makes an event impossible to conduct safely or in violation of event insurance or event permitting conditions. If an Alpenflo LLC event is rescheduled due to conditions above and you are not able to attend the updated dates, the credit and deposit policies above apply.
Alpenflo LLC is a small, independent company and significant costs are involved in permitting and planning events well in advance of their scheduled date. Because of this, Alpenflo LLC is not able to offer exceptions to this policy, thanks for understanding.
